Did you know?
Norwex is not just for cleaning. It’s for rescuing Turkeys. ”Turkeys,” you say? Yes, that is not an autocorrect. I really mean Turkeys.
I recently purchased this flying turkey from the Great Canadian Dollar Store. You stick your finger in the head, pull back on the tail, and let it fly. It’s kind of sticky, so it sticks to walls. Unfortunately, it also sticks to ceilings. Continue reading
I will admit, the Norwex Enviro Wand looks weird. Maybe even a little flashy. I mean, it’s fluorescent and has a ton of these crazy little nubs all over one side. Initially, I couldn’t see why I would want this over the Enviro Cloth, or the Dusting Mitt. It seemed… excessive.
However, once I began using it, I saw the magic promptly unfold…

Summer’s almost over. I feel a deeper level of sadness about it this year than I have other years. I’ve really, REALLY loved this summer.
... beautiful weather, meaningful visits from far away family, lots of long, lazy days at the beach, busy days tending to our vegetable gardens, delicious harvests, countless BBQ’s, late game nights with friends & family, kick-the-can in the backyard, and SO much ice cream…
I know some moms are ready for their kids to… Continue reading
Before summer is over and clothes-line drying weather comes to an end, I have to share one of my favorite laundry recipes!
Bleach used to be a regular cast member in my laundry saga. I added a good sized glug to every load of whites, to whiten and brighten and keep them from looking greyish.
I don’t use bleach to whiten anymore – it’s been removed from my laundry rountine, it simply isn’t worth it.
You may remember my post… Continue reading

Did you know that most dust allergy sufferers are allergic to the dust mite’s POOP?
I know… Yuck.
It’s the protein in the dust mite feces that irritates the mucus membranes of your sinuses causing sneezing, congestion, itchy & watery eyes, couching, dark circles under the eyes & asthma flare… Continue reading
